The new connector configuration allows the ECU to handle the current in the automotive environment. Inputs are wired in one connector and the outputs to another connector. This new setup is getting popular in efi community. We designed an adaptor board to connect the commercial connectors direct on the board. This adaptor also has inboard VB921 coil driver up to 4 available. No more prototyping in the proto area for drivers added. The VB921 empty places can be replace with multi-purpose drivers. The inboard VB921 is been replaced by a idle mosfet driver for its free wheel diode. What 's new ?
